PIN-UP Partners Highlights GEO Diversification Opportunities for Affiliates
PIN-UP Partners has shared its approach to helping iGaming affiliates expand into new geographic markets and reduce dependence on a single GEO. In an interview with Affiverse published on October 1, 2026, Tim Gorenkov, Head of Affiliates at PIN-UP Partners, discussed market selection, traffic testing, and affiliate cooperation.
According to Gorenkov, relying on one market can expose affiliates to changes in regulations, payment systems, and advertising rules. However, entering a new GEO does not automatically guarantee better results.
He explained that affiliates should first evaluate the growth potential of their existing markets. Testing new GEOs alongside established campaigns allows teams to explore opportunities without abandoning profitable traffic sources.
Key Factors in GEO Diversification
Gorenkov highlighted several factors affiliates should consider before expanding:
- Market performance: conversion rates, player retention, and payment behavior can differ between GEOs.
- Deal structures: CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models should reflect the conditions of each market.
- Traffic sources: operating in multiple GEOs does not eliminate risks if campaigns depend on the same advertising channel.
- Testing: small campaigns can help affiliates evaluate performance before increasing traffic volumes.
He also recommended starting with proven traffic sources when entering new markets. Affiliates can later test local channels, different creatives, and additional formats.
PIN-UP Partners Welcomes New Affiliates
PIN-UP Partners is currently expanding its partner network and welcoming teams with established traffic, market experience, or new GEO ideas.
The company offers individual launch conditions and support through analytics, product information, creative materials, and performance feedback.
Affiliates can also propose new markets for testing. If a GEO shows potential, both sides can evaluate the results and decide whether to scale.
Gorenkov emphasized that sharing traffic and player performance data helps affiliates and operators improve campaigns and identify further growth opportunities.
